Training is important in order to meet the challenges that we are presented with.The ETA SA Customer Training Center has therefore been offering its customers training tailored to their specific needs for more than 40 years. 

Our services cover three main areas:

  • ETA product training
    Get to know our standard calibre and benefit from the experience of our expert instructors.
  • Swatch Group Watchmaker Education & Evaluation concept
    The Swatch Group Watchmaker Education & Evaluation training concept (SGWME) was developed in conjunction with the Swatch Group Corporate Customer Service and a number of well-known Swatch Group brands. Its aim is to offer Customer Service watchmakers training appropriate to their technical skills, in order to ensure high-quality repairs to Swatch Group products.
  • ETA custom-made training courses
    Do you need expertise regarding a specific movement? In conjunction with you, we design a training course to meet your needs.
